An issued album, EP, mixtape, compilation or single. Choose the type that matches how it was released; use Other for an issued release that fits none of those types.
Title
Use the title as printed or officially published. Leave it empty if the release was never titled.
Artists & Collectives
Add who the Record is directly by. A member’s work already appears on their Collective’s page; add the Collective only when it is credited itself.
Release date
When was this release first made available? Enter only the precision you know: year, month or exact day. Leave unknown parts empty rather than guessing.
Description
Briefly describe the material and useful context. Keep it factual; put evidence in Sources and private review questions in the reviewer note.
