Use Other for archival material that does not fit Merch, Release, Post, Image or Video. Explain precisely what it is so someone browsing can understand it.
Title
Use the material’s known title or a short factual name. Avoid adding claims that its Sources cannot support.
Artists & Collectives
Add who the Record is directly by. A member’s work already appears on their Collective’s page; add the Collective only when it is credited itself.
What it is
Describe the object or material and why it belongs in this artist archive. This is required; use Sources to support its existence and context.
Date
When was this material created, issued or used, if known? Enter only the precision you know: year, month or exact day. Leave unknown parts empty rather than guessing.
