First version cassette. Came with the Harold Patch. This product was notable for the controversy surrounding border art that is seen on the inside of the CD, which was accidentally stolen from ainuliblis. The artist was apologized to and compensated. Due to a manufacturing error, Skin Mask 2 was not put on this tape but it is still listed on the box art. The sigil and "Sematary Grave Man" drawn by JJ Valhalla.
